With the inclusion of floodplain management standards into the building codes within the past decade, building code officials as well as floodplain managers need to know how the building codes specifically address those requirements that are necessary for the proper construction and renovation of structures both residential and non-residential (commercial). This one hour webinar will detail the specifics of the Florida Building and Florida Residential Codes and what elements of floodplain management are identified in each of the codes. The webinar will discuss specific code sections as well as answer questions that often arise during the plan review and inspection process.
Bonus: After successfully attending the live webinar class, you will receive either the Power Point Presentation or the Live Video of the class to review for 6 months. This is only for you and not to share with others.
